Performance Improvement Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assesses organizational compliance with all facets of regulatory standards through auditing throughout the course of the year. Identifies opportunities for improvement based on assessed findings. Shares audit results and reports on audit activities at Performance Improvement Committee Meetings.
- Initiates PDSA testing cycles with appropriate individuals as improvement opportunities are identified. Supports individuals with self-initiated PDSA testing cycles as needed. Uses quality systems tools to analyze data, track and trend processes, and offer guidance and suggestions to others in use of tools.

Executive Administrator

- Manages the operations and administrative functions of the CEO’s office. Provides administrative support for the CEO. Maintains schedules, interacts with callers and ensures administrative needs of the departments are met. Accurately types, formats, proofreads and corrects general correspondence. New Jersey Organ and Tissue Sharing Network is seeking an evening shift laboratory supervisor to coordinate technical operations of the laboratory including ABO and HLA typing, HLA antibody screening, crossmatch, and infectious disease testing for solid organ and bone marrow transplantation.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field and 6 years of histocompatibility testing with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity is required.
- Must be a certified or registered Medical Technologist. Certification ABHI is preferred.
