Here are just a few of the unique positions available: 

Clinical Donation Specialists facilitate the organ and tissue donation process, supporting families while offering the opportunity to give hope to others through the precious gift of organ and tissue donation.

Hospital Services Managers act as donation consultants to hospitals, educating, monitoring, advising and developing policies, procedures, strategies and best practices to enhance organ and tissue donation.

Surgical Recovery Specialists are present during organ and tissue recovery to assess, prep, and perform tissue recovery, packaging and labeling according to accrediting agencies and processors standards.

Donation Resource Coordinators receive and manage organ and tissue donor referrals from hospitals and speak with potential tissue donor families, offering the opportunity to give the gift of life.

NJ Sharing Network proudly serves as our state’s federally-designated, non-profit organ procurement organization (OPO), stewarding the gift of life through the recovery and placement of donated organs and tissue for those in need of a life-saving transplant.
